UPS Power Solution’s competency based, engineering career path is designed to raise our technical staff’s capability and expertise for the benefit of our customers. 2019 has seen the programme continue to deliver with three key engineering promotions.
We’re thrilled to congratulate Sam Lingman and Ross Sullivan who have received well-deserved promotions, both becoming Senior UPS Engineers.
The Engineering Pathway provides a framework for the development of our UPS engineers and includes external and internal training and mentoring. The promotion of both Ross and Sam from Lead Engineer to Senior Engineer recognises their five years’ experience and training in the power quality field and their advanced engineering capabilities.
UPS PS Engineering Manager, James Clark says “Sam has demonstrated time and again, his advanced product knowledge and technical design expertise, which has contributed towards the success of some large projects being delivered. He is a well-liked member of the team and plays an integral part in the development of the Auckland engineers.”
